If there is anything we can do to make Zilculator work better for you, please let us know before you cancel. You can use our contact form to send us your feedback. If there isn't anything we can do, then please follow the below steps on how to cancel your account.
Note: If you cancel your current subscription, you will still be able to access the premium features until your current subscription term ends.
1. Navigate to your billing portal
Roll over your profile name in the top right corner and click on Settings in the drop-down menu.
Next, select the Billing & Invoicing tab from the menu on the left.
Then click the Open billing portal button.
2. Cancel subscription
In the billing portal, select your active subscription.
And on the next screen, select Cancel Subscription.
3. Let us know the reason of cancelation
You will be prompted with a new screen to select a reason for your cancelation. We are always trying to improve the software for our users and, therefore, your feedback is very valuable. If possible, be specific with your reasons using the text area at the bottom.
4. Ask for a refund
Once you cancel your subscription, you will see a notification in your billing portal about when the current subscription term expires. You will be able to use the paid feature until this date.
Note: If you have canceled within the 15-day money-back guarantee period, send us a request for a refund by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the contact form. Unfortunately, our payment gateway provider doesn't handle refunds automatically.
