If there is anything we can do to make Zilculator work better for you, please let us know before you cancel. You can use our contact form to send us your feedback. If there isn't anything we can do, then please follow the below steps on how to cancel your account.
Note: If you cancel your current subscription, you will still be able to access the premium features until your current subscription term ends.
1. Navigate to Cancel subscription page
Roll over your profile name in the top right corner and click on Settings in the drop-down menu.
Next, select the Cancel tab from the menu on the left.
2. Cancel account and let us know the reason
Next, click the Cancel button. You will be prompted by a small popup window to select a reason for your cancellation. We are always trying to improve the software for our users and, therefore, your feedback is very valuable. If possible, be specific with your reasons using the text area at the bottom.
3. Ask for a refund
Once you cancel your subscription, you will see an orange label stating the date when your current subscription term expires. You will be able to use the paid feature until this date.
Note: If you have canceled within the 15-day money-back guarantee period, send us a request for a refund by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the contact form. Unfortunately, our payment gateway provider doesn't handle refunds automatically.
